We're seeking an experienced Virtual Executive Assistant/Project Manager to join our dynamic and inclusive team. This is a part-time to full-time role (20-40 hours per week, based on your preference) with flexible scheduling. You'll be hired as an hourly employee, not a contractor, starting at $17 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you'll:
Manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring tasks are completed with urgency and precision.
Take charge of executive assistant duties, including:
Managing marketing systems and social media accounts.
Updating websites and third-party platforms.
Creating and editing content.
Prepare and share detailed daily and weekly reports for clients.
Lead client meetings as needed and actively participate in team strategy sessions.
Maintain accurate time tracking and reporting.
Ensure exceptional customer experiences at every interaction.

Qualifications

Reliable home office setup, including a Mac or PC with high-speed internet and video conferencing capabilities.
