As you may be aware, most corporate organizations in Kenya still rely on manual business processes, primarily through manual book entries to capture data for their ERP and other core platforms with data related to inbound and outbound processes at the gate. However, this approach poses significant fraud risks, is prone to errors, and presents audit and compliance challenges. To address these issues, Identigate has integrated a process engine tool into our Soja Visitors Management system, enabling clients to automate any process by creating custom forms, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall efficiency.
We are also excited to announce the launch of a Delivery app, a companion app of SOJA Visitor Management designed for organizations that handle large quantities of inbound and outbound goods, such as commercial real estate facilities, shopping malls, and large multi-tenant buildings among others. This tool empowers facility managers and tenants to better manage and control inbound and outbound consignments, mitigate security risks, and enhance operational efficiency in goods clearance processes.
