Digital transformation of the gate pass management process in a leading international school.  

Identigate implemented a digital visitor management system and an integrated gate pass management platform for a leading international school in Kenya. We addressed the challenges associated with manual processing and accounting for visitors, students, parents, casual workers, suppliers, and any other logistical movements that cut across the gate which was initially stored in manual books that were prone to errors and other associated risks.

We implemented our visitor’s management platform branded as Soja VMS and integrated it with our new process engine platform code-named Flow to address this client challenge. The impact of our solution has dramatically increased operational efficiency, enhanced security, improved data management, and reduced wait times. Integration of Access Control Systems with Visitor Management Systems for a Leading Property Management Group.

One of our clients who is a leading international property management group was faced with the challenge of integrating access control systems and turnstiles to the visitor’s management system in real-time for their various properties. This would enable them to account for all traffic and assets in and out of their buildings.

We successfully integrated advanced access control systems with our visitor management system by customizing the Soja VMS to address their specific needs, we provided a solution that enhanced security, stability, and flexibility. Due to the nature of their business where they engage with high-profile VIPs, Senior executives, and time-sensitive guests in their facilities, they requested a customized Visitor management system that can meet and exceed this requirement including booking and appointment management into the facility for seamless access.

To address the above need, we successfully implemented the SOJA visitors management self-service mode, enabling visitors to check themselves in quickly and discreetly, perfectly aligning with the privacy expectations of their premium customers.
