We are looking for dedicated and flexible PRN Pharmacists to join our team. This role offers a fluctuating schedule based on business needs, meaning there are no guaranteed hours, and some months may have no hours at all. As a PRN Pharmacist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safe and accurate delivery of medications to patients. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals to review, verify, and dispense prescriptions while maintaining high clinical standards. Your expertise will help us ensure patients receive the correct medications and benefit from comprehensive medication reviews and targeted consultations.
Responsibilities:
Prescription Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of patient prescriptions, ensuring both hard copy and digital Rx's are processed correctly.
Collaboration: Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and answer doctor calls promptly.
Prescription Transfers: Oversee and manage the transfer of incoming and outgoing prescriptions.
Medication Therapy Management (MTM): Perform Drug Utilization Reviews (DUR) to identify eligible patients and provide clinical interventions as needed, with follow-up to ensure patient care.
Compliance: Ensure that all legal, privacy, and compliance requirements are met with each prescription and patient interaction.
Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as needed to support patient care and business needs.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD).
Licensing: Active Pharmacist license in good standing.

Experience: Experience in pharmacist dispensing and verification.
Clinical Knowledge: Experience applying clinical judgment in medication management.
