Position Overview:
Work Type: Full-time, remote
Responsibilities:
Provide real-time supervisory support to surgical neurophysiologists performing intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) during procedures
Collaborate with on-site surgical neurophysiologists, operating surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other surgical personnel as needed
Maintain a Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional weekend call duties
Qualifications:
Board-certified MD or DO with a completed neurology residency
Fellowship training in Clinical Neurophysiology is highly preferred
Clinical experience or postgraduate medical training in Intraoperative Neuromonitoring is a plus
Ability to obtain and maintain medical licenses and hospital privileges in multiple states/regions where services are provided, as well as in the remote physician's home state
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $184,300 - $304,300 annually, based on skills, education, certifications, and experience
Additional Compensation: Sign-on bonus, productivity incentives, and EEG call pool pay (for those who participate)
