What You’ll Do:
Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
Provide exceptional on-site support, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Collaborate with the events team to manage logistics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure events run smoothly.
Engage with attendees, vendors, and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Maintain event materials and equipment, ensuring everything is organized and in excellent condition.
What We’re Looking For:
A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to make events a success.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Physical stamina to handle event setup and teardown.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Prior experience in event planning or customer service is a bonus but not required.
