Job Title: Analytics Developer- Epic Gogito - Healthcare

Location: San Marcos

Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Tuesdays in person- rest of the week remote.

Position Summary:

The Analytics Developer plays a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to support strategic decision making within TrueCare. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining analytic solutions, such as reports, scorecards, dashboards, and Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) processes to support all levels and business units of TrueCare. The Analytics Developer must also possess a deep understanding of SQL, strong analytical skills, and a high level of experience developing analytic solutions in a Microsoft SQL environment. It is also desired that the Analytics Developer have a relevant Epic certifications and prior experience utilizing data from Epic’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in SQL coding and analytics development and support.
• 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, and SQL Server Integration Services.
• At least two (2) years’ experience with Epic Cogito, including Reporting Workbench, Slicer Dicer, and the Clarity and Caboodle databases.
• Experience coding complex stored procedures (using T-SQL).
• Knowledge of relational/dimensional databases design patterns.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance.
• Computer proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth . We also offer generous benefits and retirement plans.
