Randstad is currently recruiting for a Credentialing Specialist. The position will be temporary to hire. Hours will be between 20-30 hours per week. It will be 100% in office and located in the East End of Louisville. Pay is between $19-$24/hour. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in credentialing Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience with credentialing software, ideally MedTrainer

Responsibilities

• Credentialing and Recredentialing Processes:

  • Verify professional qualifications, licensure, education, training, and work experience.
  • Collect, review, and process applications for credentialing and recredentialing.

• Compliance and Regulatory Standards:

  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
  • Maintain compliance with accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, NCQA).

• Database Management:

  • Input and update provider information in credentialing databases.
  • Manage tracking systems to monitor credentialing deadlines and expirations.
